Please note that we guarantee our translation is accurate and complete. This guarantee covers the correction of unintentional errors or omissions, which we will be happy to correct at no additional cost.
In providing our services, TR+S strives to produce idiomatically accurate translations of the highest quality. However, the client understands and accepts that words and phrases in different languages ​​rarely have an exact correspondence. Therefore, no liability is assumed for a lack of significance or impact, as these may be related to the expressiveness of the text. Likewise, the client accepts that corrections will be made based on non-subjective errors or omissions, as stated in the aforementioned guarantee.
Under no circumstances will TR+S Traducciones y Servicios SAS be liable for any losses, claims, causes of action, expenses, judgments, or damages of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages or loss of profits, in excess of the invoiced amount, even if TR+S has been advised of such claims. This limitation shall apply in the event of disputes arising from situations including: inadequate processes, unclear specifications, failure to respond to requests, negligence, scheduling, failure of third-party service providers, war, revolution, riot, acts of God, or any other cause.
Note: Cancellation fees are considered compensation for damages incurred due to the cancellation, not a penalty. This ensures that TR+S can cover the operational and personnel costs associated with preparing and planning the service.
